1 Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Camouflage, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

All orders placed by you via the Website as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed. We do not accept any diverging terms and conditions from the customer except where specifically agreed in writing.

3 Online Store sells its products through a network of Internet data communications. All products offered by the store are brand new and free from defects in legal and natural persons.

4 Orders are accepted via the Internet from companies herein referred to as the Rules of the Buyer. To place an order please fill out the order form. After placing an order to the Buyer shall be sent by e-mail message that the order was received to the store.

5 Order / Payment

All items are supplied while stocks last. If the ordered item is not in stock and it is not possible to re-stock the item, the order will be cancelled and the full invoice amount paid by you will be returned to your account.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be sent once the payment is received by us.

Orders by Pay Pal will be shipped when we receive confirmation of payment from Pay Pal.

Please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.

Prices listed on the webshop of Camouflage Mode Metamorphosis are always in Euros and include VAT(BTW). Prices listed on the webshop do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Camouflage Mode Metamorphosis reserves the right to change prices without notice.

6 Delivery time is given in the information on the main page, or on the product.

7 After completion of the contract the goods are sent to the buyer along with the bill. Upon request, Buyer Seller may issue an invoice.

8 The sales promotions and sales is intended for a limited number of goods. Order processing is the order in which confirmed orders until stocks run out of these types of sales.

9 For the ordered goods Buyers can pay by selecting one of the following forms of payment:

– Bank transfer to the designated bank account of Seller

– Through the PayPal payment service

10 Shipping

1. Your package will be shipped with DPD.
2. Unless agreed otherwise.delivery will be made within 1 to 2 business days to the shipment address specified by customer, depending on the place of delivery chosen. If payment in advance was chosen as payment option, the goods will be dispatched only after the full purchase price has been credited to our account. If the items are not in stock shipping will occur within 1 to 2 weeks.

11 Camouflage Mode Metamorphosis operates modemetamorphosis.com. We respect all information that is shared with us and will never use or share any information we get from you with other. All information that has to be given to us will solely be used to send the products you’ve ordered to the correct address and/or contact you by email on your request concerning an order or answer to your question.

12 Returns Policy

1. Returns

In addition to your legal right of return, modemetamorphosis.com also offers the following voluntary right of return:

All of the items featured on modemetamorphosis.com can be returned to modemetamorphosis.com within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached.

Let us know that you will be returning part or all or your order.

Please indicate why you are dissatisfied with the product.

2. Return shipments

2.1. The shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer.

2.2. All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one original package.

2.3 Damaged articles may not be returned provided the damage was not caused by Camouflage Mode Metamorphosis. Camouflage Mode Metamorphosis is not responsible for damage during shipping.

2.4. In case of a return, we will refund the money onto your account/credit card. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

2.5 Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account.

13 Prices; product presentation

1. The prices stated on our Website  modemetamorphosis.com at the time of your order apply.
2. The goods offered at modemetamorphosis.com are presented on the Website in the form of digital photographs of the actual products. Minor discrepancies between the presentation and the actual products do not qualify as a defect in the goods ordered.

4. Camouflage Mode Metamorphosis cannot take responsibility for color variations in materials and articles. This is due to the fact that colours displayed on your monitor may appear different than actual colours.

14 Copyright, including all materials and their arrangement in the Online Shop are legally protected and are the intellectual property of the Seller. Copying for commercial purposes, distribution, modification and publication without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited. Some parts of Online Store are owned by third parties and is protected by copyright owned by these entities.

15 We reserve the right to change the rules, any changes in terms and conditions come within seven days of their announcement. Orders placed before the entry into force of the amendments made to the existing rules.
